When performing an action, such as approving the bill, in this email, you may be required to confirm your email by entering a verification code. This code serves as a verification process to confirm that they are indeed the bill approver.
The verification code is periodically requested if you’re using the same device and browser. The timing varies based on the administrative setup of your organization’s Tipalti account If you use a different device or web browser or have cleared your web browser cookies, verification will be requested again.
We sometimes see the verification email sent when a security solution or bot, enabled in a network, automatically clicks email links to approve bills. Another reason you could receive these emails could be that a bill was not approved by the bill approver within a certain time frame. When this happens, the bill may be escalated to the approver’s manager.
