        HitPath: Affiliate view

        For affiliates to be considered "payable" by Tipalti, they must complete the onboarding process where they enter personal, payment and tax information on the HitPath. Instruct your affiliates to log into the to complete their information.

        1. Once affiliates are logged into the , they see a snapshot of campaigns and results. Affiliates click the dropdown arrow at the top right of the screen and select "My Account" to open the "Account Settings" window.

        1. In the "Account Settings" window, affiliates click the "Payment Info" tab, which is powered by Tipalti, to access the payment information.

        1. The "Address" page may be pre-populated with affiliate information that is already in HitPath. Affiliates can edit this information, if necessary, by scrolling to the bottom of the page and clicking "Edit". Affiliates then click the "Next" button to get to the "Payment Method" page.

        1. On the "Payment Method" page, in the "Payment Method" field, affiliates click the dropdown arrow and select the preferred payment method. For information on supported payment methods, see Payment method in Tipalti's support documentation.

        1. If payment thresholds exist or there are any transaction fees, that information is displayed. After selecting a payment method, affiliates complete the relevant banking information. Tipalti uses 26,000+ rules to ensure the payment data entered by the affiliate is valid. Once all payment information has been entered, affiliates click the "Next" button to get to the "Tax Forms" page.

        1. On the " Tax Forms" page, affiliates can select the required US tax form to complete. The following is an example of the W-9 form that affiliates submit electronically.

        1. Tipalti uses 1,000+ validation rules on tax data to ensure the correct information is collected. Affiliates cannot submit tax forms without completing all required fields.

        1. At the end of the tax form, affiliates must complete the "name" and "address" fields before submitting the form. Submission of tax information is required for remittance of payment.

        1. Once the tax form is complete, affiliates are presented confirmation that the onboarding process is finished.
