Setup
Follow these steps to enable the Mindmatrix-Tipalti integration.
To enable Tipalti in Mindmatrix, navigate to the Add-ons page. This page is only accessible to the site admin (with install level access). Click Configure.
After clicking the Configure button, the Tipalti access token screen will appear as shown below. Once the user logs into the following screen, the access token details will be captured and stored by Mindmatrix.
Once the login, handshaking and access token is exchanged with Mindmatrix, the Configure screen will be visible for the admin users to configure the different payment types.

When the user click the Create button on the above screen, Mindmatrix will present the following screen to them to configure:
Payment Type — For different kinds of payments different payment settings can be configured. Currently Mindmatrix supports payments of Incentives, Commission and MDF
EntityAn entity can be a subsidiary, division, business unit, brand, etc. of your organization. Entities can have similar or different AP processes and workflows. Name — This name is driven from Tipalti, based on this name the payment will be sent to the partners for Incentives, MDF, etc.
Approval group — If there is any payment approval required for the given payment type it can be configured here.

Webhooks must be enabled for the instance in Tipalti. Use the following Webhooks for the integration:
Payment completed
Payee details changed
Payment submitted
Payment canceled
Payment deferred
Payment group approved
To get the Webhook URLs in Mindmatrix, the Mindmatrix admin clicks Create from the Key Value Storage page.
After clicking Create, the modal below will display where they can enter the URL and save it.
