Payments Workflow

1. From the Campaigns > Connect dashboard, select the influencer you would like to pay and click "Payments".

   

2. A popup window is displayed to Send payment. Enter the "Amount", "description" and "message" then click "Pay".

   

3. Klear customers can also pay their influencers by navigating to Measure > Affiliates and locating the influencer they'd like to pay. From this page, any money owed to the influencer can be paid by clicking the "Pay" button in the "Owed" column.

   

4. After submitting the payment, the Payer has to login to Tipalti to approve the payment groupA group of payment orders/ instructions that the payer submits to Tipalti to execute payments to payees.

   

5. Klear customers can check payment statuses by navigating to Campaigns > Connect and selecting the influencer, then choosing "Payments" from the menu.

   

   

   

   Note that influencers themselves are not able to check payments sent to them as Klear has not implemented the Payment History iFrame and the influencer cannot view payments anywhere in their own account profile.

6. Klear customers (brands) will need to click into a Campaign Brief to see the amount of payments made to the influencers that were a part of the campaign.
