Make payments

Follow these steps to make payments to Mindmatrix affiliates through Tipalti.

1. If a payment is created and needs approval, the following screen will be visible.

   • The approval screen is only visible to the users identified in step 4c of the Setup section.

   • They can approve or reject the payment request with comments.

   

2. The end partner user can trace the payments from their dashboard widgets as shown below:

In the beginning, every payment status is always pending and then based upon whether approval is needed or not, Mindmatrix will change the statuses accordingly.
