Export files
All export activity displays on the Integrations > File export screen in the Tipalti Hub.
All exported files are in CSV format.
The following table describes the columns on the "File export" screen.

Configure integration file format
Whether you choose to export automatically or standard sync, you need to configure the format of the integration files so that it matches that of your back-end system.
You can:

Required user roles File Integration Operator + the relevant record type role (View Payees/ View Bills or View Payments)

Payees
Exports data for all payees that were created and/ or updated
Required user roles: File Integration Operator & View Payees
Vendor Credits
Exports data for all vendor credits that were created and/ or updated
Required user roles: File Integration Operator & View Bills
Bills
Exports data for all bills that were created and/ or updated
Required user roles: File Integration Operator & View Bills
Payments
Exports data for all payment orders that were created and/ or updated
Required user roles: File Integration Operator & View Payments
- If you choose to export fees (Tipalti/ payee), these fees will be exported as part of the bill, vendor credit and payment exports.
- If you are using QuickBooks Desktop, we recommend using the 3rd-party connector Transaction Pro to facilitate the export process (refer to QuickBooks Desktop).
