Export files: Standard sync
Required user roles File Integration Operator + the relevant record type role (View Payees/ View Bills/ View Payments)
Exported files include records that have been added and/ or updated during the date range that you select. To export a record:
- Go to Integrations > File export and click "Export" to open the "Data export" dialog.
- If you have multiple entities, in the "Payer entityAn entity can be a subsidiary, division, business unit, brand, etc. of your organization. Entities can have similar or different AP processes and workflows." field, you can select if you want to export the record for one or more of your entities. If you have only one entity, skip this step.
- In the "Date range" field:
- First time only: Select a start and end date.
- Ongoing use: The date range is from the last export date to the end date you select.
- Under "Select export objects", select the type of records that you want to export.
- Click "Export" to download the files to your computer (downloaded files also display on the "Downloads" tab in the "File manager").
- View the exported files and status in the "File export" table. Click the download icon at the end of the row to download successfully exported files at any time.
