Procurement
You can use Procurement to create and submit purchase requests for approval, add new vendors, and register them with the Supplier Hub.
We have 2 versions of Procurement. The original Procurement experience and the new Procurement experience that’s offered with Home, which customers are gradually being upgraded to.
In both experiences, employees can submit purchase requests to their manager or Finance team for approval. Approvers can review and approve the requests while monitoring spending and ensuring the purchases are within budget.
Once a purchase request is approved, a PO is created, which you can process as usual. If you use NetSuite, Tipalti can sync the PO with NetSuite, so all your records are up to date.
What is the new procurement experience?
Home and the new Procurement experience is being gradually rolled out throughout 2025.
