Send PO PDF Original Procurement Experience
POs can be automatically generated and emailed to payees directly from Purchases, eliminating the need to generate and send them from your ERP system.
- If you have a PO integration with the ERP (NetSuite or Intacct), make sure to disable the PO PDF generation in your ERP system to avoid duplication.
- PO PDF configuration is available for users with specific permission.
Home and the new Procurement experience is being gradually rolled out throughout 2025.

To enable or disable PO PDF sending per vendor only if you’re in the original Procurement experience:
Go to Vendors.
Select a vendor. The side panel is displayed.

Check the Disable sending PO PDF to vendor box.
You can define a dedicated email address for procurement-related emails in both the new and original Procurement experiences:
- Go to Custom forms and select Register vendor myself.
- In this form, select a vendor and in the side panel add the email address to the Email (procurement) field.
Export PO report

The PO report contains the line level data for department, expense accountThe general ledger (GL) account that is debited for the payment amount, amount and other metadata for each PO line. In addition, the report includes receival and billing data including a breakdown between billed and unbilled amounts per each line level.
To export a PO report in a CSV format:
- Go to Purchases and click the export icon.
- From the dropdown list, select PO report.
