Upload budget New Procurement Experience
Admins can upload a budget in Administration. You can upload a plan, which is your allocated budget, and the actual quarterly, monthly, or yearly budget.
When approvers approve a purchase request, a budget bar displays in the request based on your uploaded budget. Approvers can use the budget bar to check if the purchase request is within budget, helping them decide whether to approve the request or not.
Home and the new Procurement experience is being gradually rolled out throughout 2025.

To upload a budget:
In the Back Office, click Administration and select Upload budget in the left menu.
In Budget settings, select a period type from the dropdown.
Click in Select segments and select the segment to which the budget applies.
Select if you’re uploading a budget plan or the actual budget from the Type dropdown.
Click Upload CSV file to upload your budget as a CSV and click Save.
You can use the Example template to create your CSV budget file.
Click Example template to download it. Then, complete the necessary fields and upload it.
Click Save.
You can choose Quarterly, Monthly, or Yearly, depending on the budget period.
The budget is applied to your account and a budget bar displays each time an approver reviews a purchase request.
