Credit card statement report

Required user roles View Payments & View Balance & View Cards

The Credit card statement report provides you with a list of transactions made out of your credit cards in Tipalti.

To download:

  1. Click the Reports tab to open the list of available reports.
  2. In the menu, under "Payments", select "Credit card statement".

  3. In the "Date" field, select either "Range" or "Month".

  4. Click "Download Spreadsheet".

Field descriptions

The Credit card statement report contains the following fields.

Date The date the transaction is settled in “DD-MMM-YY” format (e.g., 2-Sep-22)
Type

The type of transaction:

  • Charge
  • Refund
  • Deposit
Amount The transaction settled amount in card currency (in dollars, not cents)
Credit balance The credit balance, ignoring locked funds (only settled charges/ refunds/ deposits should affect this balance)
Status

The current finance status of the transaction:

  • Pending review
  • Completed
  • Declined
  • In process
  • Expired

  • Pending employee
Payee name The name of payee associated with the card for the transaction
Merchant name The full, legal name of the merchant that charged the card as provided by the card network
Last 4 The last four of the card for the transaction
Card description The description of the card for the transaction
Card holder The name of the card holder of the card for the transaction
Reference code The reference code for the transaction
