Log into the Tipalti Hub
Log into the Tipalti Hub from the Payer Login screen and navigate between multiple accounts.
Payer Login screen
The Tipalti Hub supports the latest 5 versions of these browsers: Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari, IOS Safari, and Opera.
Internet Explorer is not supported. Older browser versions may not be fully compatible, this is to ensure optimal performance and security.
There are 2 ways to access the Payer Login screen:
- Go to the Tipalti company website (www.tipalti.com) and click Log In in the menu bar.
- Use this URL: hub.tipalti.com
Tipalti Hub login
You can log into the Tipalti Hub using a username and password (2-step login) or single sign-on (SSO).
Follow these steps to log into the Tipalti Hub.
Step 1: Enter your email address.
Step 2: Enter your password.
In step 1 above, the Remember me check box is pre-selected so that next time you log in, you only need to enter your password. Tipalti "remembers" you for 1 month, unless cookies are cleared.
On the login page, click Continue with single sign-on (SSO) to log in using SSO.
The SSO option only displays if your payer has set it up with Tipalti. To set up SSO, see SSO providers in our Tipalti apps documentation.
Passwords
Your password must have at least one uppercase, one lowercase and one digit for a minimum of 8 characters.
Passwords expire 90 days from first use and new passwords cannot be one of the last five passwords used. If you attempt to log into the Tipalti Hub and your password has expired, you are redirected to a screen where you can create a new password.
To recover a lost or forgotten password, click Forgot your password? on the Login screen. Enter your email address associated with your Tipalti account and click Validate email. A message advises you to check for an email that contains a link to reset your password and if the email does not appear within a few minutes, to contact our Support Team. Clicking the link in the email directs you to one of the security questions you set up when you first logged into Tipalti.
The link in the email is valid for 24 hours. If the link has expired, you can resend it. If there are other issues with the link, please submit a ticket to our Support Team.
Multiple accounts
Payers may use multiple accounts in the Tipalti Hub, if needed. For example, one business unit may handle payee payments very differently than another unit handles partner payments.
To navigate between accounts in the Tipalti Hub:
- In the top right corner, click the account name beside your profile.
- Select the desired account from the dropdown menu.
Welcome to Home
Home is being gradually rolled out throughout 2025.
Employees with the Tipalti Expenses app can also log in and view their expenses and approvals via mobile.
Employees with limited access to the Tipalti Hub, log into the Tipalti Hub in the same way as payers, but they land on Home.
Use Home as your starting point to approve bills, expenses, and purchase requests, review card transactions, and quickly submit purchase requests and expenses.
When you arrive on the Welcome screen, you find a ready-made to-do list with items needing your approval or waiting for you to submit. There’s an All my items that displays all the tasks you’ve been involved in. Use the dropdowns to filter through them to find specific items.
