ERP sync
Once a transaction is marked as complete, it is synced to your ERP as "Bill" and "Payment" records.
Transactions are only synced from Tipalti to your ERP.
Sync wizard setup
To configure your card transaction syncing process:
- Go to Administration > API integration > Apps.
- Click
and select "Configure".
- On the "Sync preferences" step, in the "Enable card transactions sync" field, select "On". By default, "Off" is selected.
- On the "Accounts" step, in the "Other accounts" section, select the types of expense accounts that you want to sync to Tipalti. These accounts are assigned a Category of "Expense" and can be linked to bill lines and card transactions in Tipalti.
Sync monitoring
In case of syncing issues, you can view and resolve them on the "Sync monitoring" screen under the "Integrations" tab (See Integrations for the steps on resolving sync issues).
