Emails
You can set what details you want emails sent to approvers to show when you configure them in Customize forms.
Home and the new Procurement experience is being gradually rolled out throughout 2025.

Home displays in the left menu, you know you’re on the new Procurement experience.
- Read on to learn how to set emails for approvers in the original Procurement experience. If you’re using the new Procurement experience, you can apply the setting when you customize Procurement forms.
In the Customize forms tab, you can customize the Request Pending Approval email to better capture the details important to your specific organizations. You can add custom fields in both Text and Dropdown formats without any limitations.
To get started:
In Custom forms, select the desired custom fields to include.
Make sure to check the Show in approval emails box.
