Set reminders

If this feature is enabled, you can set automated email / slack reminders to help streamline your actions.

For example, you can remind:

  • Approvers that a request is awaiting their review

  • Requesters that an item is awaiting their receipt

  • Contract owners that a contract is approaching renewal/ expiry

Open a support ticket to have this feature enabled.

  • Home and the new Procurement experience is being gradually rolled out throughout 2025.

  • When Home displays in the left menu, you know you’re on the new Procurement experience.
  • Right now, you can only set reminders in the original Procurement experience, but we’re working hard to make this feature available in the new Procurement experience as well.
