PO PDF customization

If you’re using the original Procurement experience, you can contact Tipalti Support to set up your account so you can customize PO PDFs.

  • Home and the new Procurement experience is being gradually rolled out throughout 2025.

  • When Home displays in the left menu, you know you’re on the new Procurement experience.
  • Read on to learn how you can customize PO PDFs in the original Procurement experience.

In the PO PDF section, you can disable the automatic sending of PO PDFs upon every change to the PO, so it will be sent only once, immediately after the PO’s creation. In addition you can create custom PO PDFs based on the following:

  • Add PO attachments
  • Add custom fields (source=segment)
  • Hide selected custom fields
  • Add company logo & company signature
  • See a preview of your customized PO PDF
