        Integration workflow

        Once the app has been set up in Tipalti, manage the integration with BC from the "Apps" screen (go to Administration > API integration > Apps).

        The BC management box contains the app logo and app status. A button may display depending on the status.

        Other information may also display, such as the "Last sync" date and time or "not synced", the number of alerts (if errors occurred during the setup process), and a "view" link to view all alerts.

        App statuses

        In the Tipalti Hub, go to Administration > API integration > Apps. The BC app management box indicates one of the following statuses and shows the associated button.

        • The "Disconnect" action stops the sync.
        • The "Sync" action syncs the app. You will get an email when the sync is complete.
        • The "Configure" action directs you to the "Configure BC app" screen.
        Enabled (Sync in progress) The app is currently syncing to Tipalti. N/A

        N/A

        Setup is not completed App setup is incomplete.

        "Complete setup" button

        • Opens the "Configure BC app" screen.
        • If you had already started the setup, but not finished it, you are directed to your last position.
        Disabled The app is not synchronized to Tipalti.

        Enable button

        Enables the app and changes its status to "Setup is not completed"
