        Required user roles

        In NetSuite, the Tipalti Integration Role requires certain application/ module permissions to set up the integration.

        Transactions Access Payment Audit Log View Allows usage of the Gateway Notification search, Payment Event search, Gateway Asynchronous Notifications task, and Payment Events task.
        Bills Full Required to create and update bills by Tipalti integration.
        Credit Memo View Allows usage of the Credit Memo reminder.
        Enter Vendor Credits Full Allows usage of the Enter Vendor Credits task.
        Item Receipt Full (only needed with PO matching) Required in case payers uses 3-way matching and receives item receipt into Tipalti.
        Item Fulfilments Full (only needed with PO matching) Required in case you use 3-way matching when using Dropship in Tipalti.
        Make Journal Entry Full  
        Pay Bills Full Required for links between payment and bills.
        Sales Orders Full Required for sale items or service to customer.
        Purchase Order Full (only needed with PO matching) Required for creating and updating PO and matching with bills and item receipt.
        Vendor Returns View  
        Deposit Full Required for creating deposits in NetSuite(fees or refund card transactions).
        Find Transaction Full  
        Lists Accounts Full Required for fetching accounts from NetSuite to tTipalti to be used on transactions.

        Currency Full Required for creating transaction such as bills, payments, etc.
        Items Full Required for PO workflow and bills.

        Subsidiaries Full Required for PO workflow and bills.
        Tax Items View Require to fetch tax information from NetSuite to tTipalti.
        Tax Records View Require to fetch tax information from NetSuite to tTipalti.
        Tax Schedules View Require to fetch tax information from NetSuite to tTipalti.
        Units View Require to support PO matching in Tipalti.
        Departments View To fetch the list of values for this record.
        Locations View To fetch the list of values for this record.

        Employee Record View Require for approval flow in bills.
