        User reports

        Required user roles Payer Administration

        The User activity report allows you to track and analyze your team's activities in the Tipalti Hub, including actions related to Bills, Payments and Payees.

        Auditable activities include:

        • Payments

          • Submitted payment/ Uploaded payment fileA CSV or TXT file that contains one or more payment orders/ instructions to Tipalti. It can be submitted via the Tipalti Hub or Tipalti's FTP path.

          • Approved payment/ Declined payment

        • Payees

          • Payee created

          • Payee updated (general, contact, payment and tax details)

          • Payee blocked/ unblocked

          • Payee suspended/ unsuspended

          • Payee closed

          • Sent an invitation to the suppliers portal

        • Bills

          • Upload invoice

          • Invoice approved/ Disputed/ Sent back to Tipalti Hub

          • Invoice rejected

          • Invoice returned to AP

        • Administration

          • Custom field created

          • Custom field updated

          • Custom field deleted

        To download:

        1. Click the Reports tab to open the list of available reports.
        2. In the menu, under Users, select User activity. The right side of the screen populates with information related to the report.
        1. In the Date field, select either Range or Month.

        1. In the Select users field, select All or Specify.
        2. If Specify, enter the name of the user.
        3. Click Download CSV.

        Field descriptions

        The User activity report contains the following fields.

        Username

        Name of the user

        IP

        IP address

        User activity Description of the activity performed
        Action timestamp The date and time the activity was performed

        Required user roles Payer Administration

        The User permissions report allows you to track the current and past permissions assigned to your users in the Tipalti Hub.

        To download:

        1. Click the Reports tab to open the list of available reports.
        2. In the menu, under Users, select User permission. The right side of the screen populates with information related to the report.
        1. In the Type field, select Current (For a list of current permissions assigned to your users and their last log in date) or History (For a list of permission changes within the specified date range).
        2. If History, in the Date field, select either Range or Month.
        3. In the Select users field, select All or Specify .
        4. If Specify, enter the name of the user.
        5. Click Download.

        Field descriptions

        The User permissions report contains the following fields.

        Username

        The email of the user

        User permission

        The permissions that are currently assigned to the users

        Approval limit amount The maximum allowable amount to approve a bill amount for users who have Bill Approver permission
        Approval limit currency The currency of the approval limit amount
        User last login The date and time the user last logged in

        History report

        field

        Username

        The email of the user

        IP

        IP address

        Permission

        The permissions that are currently assigned to the users.

        Change By The email of the person who initiated this action (it would be more correct since it can be a permission enabling or disabling)
        Action The description of the action performed
        Action Timestamp The date and time the action was performed
