Sync monitoring
When you integrate your ERP with the Tipalti Hub, you can sync both systems so they’re up to date.
You can check if your records are synced in Sync monitoring. If they aren’t, you can use the AIArtificial Intelligence sync solver to help you fix the error or resolve the error without AI.
To monitor your syncs:
Click Integrations > Monitoring in the left menu.
Click the down arrow to change the filter selection.
Click x to remove the filter.
Click the filter icon to add more filters.

Use the filters or search by ID to find the sync record you’re looking for. You can search by the Tipalti ID or your ERP ID.
If you want to receive emails about any sync issues, click Notify me about issues.
To download all the sync records, click the download icon in the top right to export it as a CSV file

The sync monitoring screen gives details of each sync record including:
Record type
Sync direction
Status of each sync
A Tipalti and/ or ERP ID. You can click the ID to open the record in a new tab. If the ID is not clickable, this may be due to your settings.
Date displays the date and time the last attempt to sync the record was made
Message displays the error message for sync errors and warnings. The sync can have one or more errors.
How to fix it displays for sync errors. Click it to find out how to fix the error using AI Sync Solver.
If Details display in the More info column, hover over Details to find out more about the record
# affected displays the number of records affected and not synced as a result of this sync error
You can click Sync again to run another sync for records with errors or click the 3-dot icon to resolve them without running another sync
By default, the monitoring screen shows any sync errors. You can change this view in one of these ways:
You can fix any sync errors with the help of AI Sync Solver.
To fix a record with a sync error:
Go to the record in the Sync monitoring list and click How to fix it.
You can click or copy the ERP ID and/ or Tipalti ID to open the records in a new tab.
View the error details in Message.
To fix the error, follow the steps in How to fix it?
If you can navigate to the page where the error needs to be fixed, click Let’s go fix it.
Click Let’s go fix it again. The record opens in a new tab.
Complete the steps to fix the error.
Then return to the Sync monitoring screen and, if needed, click Sync again to resolve the error.

You’re reminded to return to this screen to complete Step 3.
The record's status changes to Processing until the sync completes.
To fix errors without using AI Sync Solver:
Go to the record in the Sync monitoring list and click the error message.

To resolve the error:
Click Mark as resolved.
Select the reason why, and click Confirm.
If you select Other, enter the reason before you click Confirm.
The error changes to a warning status.
To undo this, select the record again and click Unresolve warnings.
The warnings change back to errors. To sync again, click Sync again.
